Jake returns home to support Norfolk charity Break
Norwich-born Jake returned to his old stomping ground today to support the Norfolk charity Break, of which he is a patron, reports the Eastern Daily Press.
Jake handed over a cheque for £10,000 from the Norwich Forum for the Construction Industry (NFCI) at the Break charity shop on North Walsham Road, Norwich.
The NFCI has chosen Break to be its main charity partner for 2015.
The charity runs children’s homes and centres across the county and has bases in Norwich and Sheringham.
Break also provide a range of assessment and support services to children at risk and provide community-based services, including assessment work, across East Anglia.
"As Patron of Break, I have seen first-hand the amazing work they do with vulnerable children, young people and families," says Jake.
